I lead product and architecture work across AROXOS, Realtynno, TransLogic One and Whistle UP. The work is hands on: workflows, permissions, data models, integrations and the awkward edge cases that decide whether software gets used.

The Trust Architecture
At EXEDA's September event, public institutions and private business sat down for a discussion about how compliance works in practice. I joined the panel to discuss what companies can learn from the mechanisms used by public authorities.
Romania's National Integrity Agency (ANI) was represented by its President, Bogdan Alexandru Sticlosu, and Secretary General, Adrian-Dumitru Ciocîrlan. Alin Becheanu, CFE, CAMS, joined us with colleagues from the Association for the Prevention and Combating of Fraud (APCF). Alex Cernătescu led the discussion.
We talked about preventing problems before they become incidents, and the gap between written procedures and what people actually do. Reporting mechanisms were part of that conversation: people need to trust them. On AI, we discussed how technology can help analyse information without taking responsibility for decisions away from the people who make them.
