I spent two decades in complex finance, transactions and legal leadership. I also write software. Today I build products for real estate, logistics and compliance, then bring that work into executive classrooms and public conversations about AI.

LEGAL JUDGMENT
I am now Partner (Of Counsel) at SPA Law, working selectively on technology, finance and special projects. My earlier work includes complex financing and M&A mandates, competition investigations and in-house leadership at Mondelez and MassMutual Romania.
TECHNOLOGY BUILDING
I lead product and architecture work across BaseTwelve, Realtynno, TransLogic One and Whistle UP. The work is hands on: workflows, permissions, data models, integrations and the awkward edge cases that decide whether software gets used.
PUBLIC LEARNING
At EXEDA, Business Days, OAR and Skillab, I teach from current implementation work. That keeps the conversation grounded in what organisations can govern, document and operate, not in AI theatre.
